If you are returning merchandise due to shipping error, defect, missing parts, or damage please contact us within 5 days of receipt to qualify for no-charge return shipping. Contact us at returns@hsmhs.com or 276.669.9133.
Refunds will be issued once the returned merchandise has been received in our warehouse. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
