? When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 24–48 hours (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take longer. Some large or specialty items may require extra handling time. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Note: Delivery delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

? How do I return an item?

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ship your return to:

Items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund. Returns of used or damaged items may be subject to denial or partial refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We offer free standard ground shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout — no surprises.

Absolutely! Many products come with automatic quantity discounts. Just add the desired quantity to your cart, and any eligible discount will apply automatically.
