Shipping & Returns
Shipping: Most order ship within 24 Hours Monday - Friday.
Standard Ground is included on all orders at no cost. We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for orders with our Free Shipping. Express Shipping Options are available for an additional charge. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship till the next business day.
Express Orders: If we receive your order by 2pm EST Monday through Friday, you'll receive your order the next business day; orders placed Friday after 2pm EST through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Holidays may delay the shipping and delivery of orders including orders with express shipping.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges via Retail Store:
If you choose to return or exchange merchandise in new, unused condition, at our retail store in Bristol VA, please bring your receipt or invoice within 30 days.
Please note: Shipping charges are non refundable.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges via Returned By Mail:
If you are returning merchandise in new, unused condition, simply return the item to:

If you are returning merchandise due to shipping error, defect, missing parts, or damage please contact us within 5 days of receipt to qualify for no-charge return shipping. Contact us at returns@hsmhs.com or 276.669.9133.
Refunds will be issued once the returned merchandise has been received in our warehouse. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
